This is the most convenient option for accessing the Ellie Caulkins Opera House and is operated by the City and County of Denver. The Denver Performing Arts Complex Garage.Opera Colorado does not offer refunds in the event of late arrival or missed performance. Late-comers will be seated at the earliest possible break in the performance for some performances, this may not be until the first intermission. Please plan to arrive early to secure parking! Or, consider alternate forms of transportation, including RTD Light Rail, Uber, or Lyft. However, please note that both the DPAC and Convention Center frequently hosts several events a day, and the garages can fill up quickly-especially on weekends. Parking at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House The main entrance to the DPAC parking garage is on Arapahoe Street. The Denver Performing Arts Complex is located on your right, between 13th and 14th Streets. Continue on Speer Boulevard and turn left on Arapahoe Street. The Ellie Caulkins Opera House is located in downtown Denver, at the Denver Performing Arts Complex on the corner of 14th and Curtis Streets.
